Key responsibilities
- Ensure that client expectations of hospitality food and beverage service are consistently delivered in line with CH&Co brand at a given event
- Maintain a high degree of visability and hands on approach throughout hospitality and Cafe services
- Manage hospitality bookings online and email clients with any queries they might have
- Deputise and take lead in the absence of the Chef Manager
