Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Chester
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Our Client is looking for an Executive Assistant, in which you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior team. The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, ensuring efficient use of executives' time
* Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
* Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
* Conduct research and compile data to support executives in decision-making processes
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports, expense tracking, and budget management
* Assist with simple IT queries and liaise with the IT Helpdesk team
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities
* Previous experience in supporting C-level executives is highly desirable
* Background or knowledge of the Agriculture industry is desirable
