Im working with a leading organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for a talented Employee Relations Specialist to join their team. About the Role: Manage a variety of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance Analyse ER data, trends and metrics to identify key insights Support employee engagement, well-being and performance initiatives Report directly to the Head of HRWhat they're Looking For: Solid experience in managing complex ER cases Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice Data-driven approach to identifying trends and driving improvement CIPD Level 5 or equivalent What’s On Offer: Salary approx. £35-40k Hybrid working given (but would like you on site full time) Free parking and great company culture If you’re looking for your next challenge in a supportive and dynamic environment, I’d love to hear from you.
