What you’ll do:

* Lead and develop a team of Junior Business Development Representative & Sales Development Executives.
* Manage and grow revenues from new and existing accounts.
* Upsell and cross-sell a broad portfolio of IT products and services.
* Build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners.
* Ensure accurate CRM data and support account managers.
* Drive incremental sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
