New Opportunity Post Administrator (Dispatch Team) Recruit 2 You is working with a well-established UK manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Post Operative to join their busy Dispatch team. As the new Post Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders and postal documentation are processed accurately and on time. This is a predominantly admin and desk-based position, with a strong focus on accuracy, IT systems, and post-processing tasks rather than warehouse or physically demanding work. Although there is a small element of manual handling (such as lifting and weighing post bags), the role is largely administrative and would suit someone from an office, dispatch administration, or post-room background. As the new Post Administrator, you will: Meet and exceed daily targets set by the Packing Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager Work collaboratively within a supportive Dispatch team Process outgoing mail using in-house systems alongside Royal Mail platforms Generate delivery notes and manage postage documentation accurately Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks Handle incoming mail, including sorting and distributing items Lift and weigh post bags as required (small manual element) Work independently when required and proactively resolve day-to-day challenges Thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines Requirements for this role: Previous experience in an administrative, post-processing or dispatch administration role Confident IT user with the ability to learn new systems quickly High level of accuracy and attention to detail Positive, enthusiastic, and reliable team player Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships Self-motivated with a strong work ethic What you can expect in return/benefits: Casual dress Free on-site parking Employee benefits scheme Mental Health First Aider support Friendly working environment Stable, long-term opportunity About this role: Salary for this role is £12.22 per hour Location: Newstead, Nottingham NG15 Working hours: MondayThursday: 8:30am4:30pm Friday: 8:30am3:30pm Two unpaid 15-minute breaks per day How to apply: Feel like you may be suited for this role?
