Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Wolverhampton | Flexible Hours | Competitive Rate

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support high-quality early years provision in nurseries and childcare settings across Wolverhampton.

Role Requirements:

Hold a valid Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Proven recent experience (minimum 6 months) working in an early years setting with children aged 0-5

Sound knowledge and application of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s development across all areas

Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues

Current Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain promptly

Reliable, professional, and flexible to meet the needs of different settings

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective, developmentally appropriate care and learning to children in line with EYFS

Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and contribute to assessment processes

Support a positive, inclusive environment promoting children’s well-being and safeguarding at all times

Collaborate closely with nursery staff and management to maintain high standards of care

Adhere to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
