Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor, located in Stirling. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and the service team. Daily tasks include accurately diagnosing customer needs, coordinating vehicle maintenance, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
Qualifications
* Excellent Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service skills
* Strong Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
* Understanding of Aftersales processes is highly desirable
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
* Organizational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role is an advantage
* Proficiency with computer systems and record management
