Key Responsibilities
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include providing one‑on‑one or small‑group assistance, adapting learning materials and resources, and collaborating with teaching staff to ensure that the unique needs of each student are met. You will also foster a sense of belonging, self‑confidence, and a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity.
Importantly, you will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, including teachers, counsellors, and other specialists, sharing the client's commitment to inclusive education.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience working with students who have additional support needs, whether in an educational setting or a similar environment.
* A teaching or learning support qualification is highly desirable, as would be any specialised training or certifications in special educational needs, assistive technology, or inclusive teaching practices.
* A genuine passion for education, a deep understanding of diverse learner needs, and strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling liaison with students, parents, and colleagues on a regular basis.
Compensation
