Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 10 staff
* Manage CRM processes, events, and clienteling
* Drive sales and enhance customer experience
Compensation:
* Basic salary: £50,000 - £55,000
* Uncapped commission
* On-target earnings (OTE): £65,000 - £70,000 based on current store performance
