About the Role
OCU is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team based in Shetland. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, support administrative functions, and foster a productive work environment to help the organization meet its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
* Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Serve as the primary contact for office-related issues for staff.

* Maintain the office budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant UK regulations.
* Keep accurate employee records while maintaining confidentiality.
* Act as Fire Warden or First Aider when required, ensuring health and safety compliance.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills across all levels, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
