The provision prides itself on offering a fresh and positive approach to learning, focusing not only on educational progress but also on supporting pupils social, emotional, and behavioural development.With specialist centres, inclusion teams, and blended learning support, the school works closely with pupils to overcome barriers to learning and help them move forward towards a positive future.The Role As a Support Staff member, you will:Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needsBuild positive and trusting relationships with young peopleHelp create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environmentWork closely with teaching staff and wider multidisciplinary teamsSupport pupils both inside and outside of the classroomHelp students regulate emotions and engage positively with learningEncourage confidence, independence, and personal growthIdeal Candidates Will Have: Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH, SEN, or additional needsA calm, patient, and resilient approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young peopleThe ability to adapt and think on their feetExperience in education, care, youth work, coaching, support work, or mental health settings is highly desirableWhats on Offer?
