About Oxclose Community Academy

Oxclose Community Academy is seeking a Head of History to lead our thriving department and inspire students to engage with the past in a meaningful way. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, shaping the curriculum and developing innovative teaching strategies that bring history to life.

Candidate Profile

This position is suitable for a history teacher aspiring to become a head of department or an existing head seeking to make a difference. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for teaching history, and be an outstanding practitioner committed to high standards in teaching and learning.
