Role and Responsibilities
* Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debt via telephone, email and written communication
* Build strong relationships with our customers and internal teams while maintaining firm credit control practices
* Reconcile accounts and resolve queries efficiently
* Collaborate with the finance team to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt
* Production of monthly statements
* Credit checks and customer profiling
* Prepare and compile debt reports for the Divisional Financial Controller
