Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK Duties Management of own client portfolio covering accounts and corporation tax returns Management of own portfolio of self-assessment and partnership tax returns Providing commercial business support to clients Experience with company secretarial matters including confirmation statements Working together with a team of managers Experience supervising junior members of the team and reviewing their work Tax advantaged share schemes e.g.
EMI share options Venture capital schemes e.g.
EIS/SEIS R&D and creative industries tax relief claims Involvement with business development activities What were looking for A successful candidate for this role will have circa 2 years post-qualification experience and a strong background in UK practice.
