Lead the Future of Nuclear Commercial Strategy

The role
As a Head of Commercial, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role with direct influence on national infrastructure projects. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of Commercial Managers to deliver strategic commercial outcomes.
* Supporting business unit leadership with commercial, supply chain, and contract management expertise.
* Driving long‑term strategy and identifying growth opportunities within regulated environments.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial compliance and performance.
* Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and partnering with the Head of Business Stream.
You’ll work 37 hours per week, based at one of our Cavendish sites, with 2–3 days in the office.
Essential experience of the Head of Commercial
* Senior‑level commercial experience within a regulated industry.
* Strategic leadership in complex commercial environments.
* Confidence with NEC contracts.
* Managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Navigation of commercial risk and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications for the Head of Commercial
* A degree in a relevant discipline is beneficial.
