Support Workers Wanted – Homeless, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Services

Pay: £13.68 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Providing vital support to service users within homeless, mental health, and learning disability services.
2. Creating, updating, and following individual support plans.
3. Carrying out wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort.
4. Maintaining security systems and equipment.
5. Supporting with everyday domestic tasks to improve quality of life.
Shift Pattern:
6. Long Day – Sleep in – Early
What We’re Looking For:
7. At least 6 months’ UK health & social care experience.
8. Knowledge or experience in supporting individuals with drug & alcohol misuse, mental health, and learning disabilities (desirable).
9. Strong understanding of the homeless sector.
10. DBS registered on the update service.
11. Right to work in the UK.
12. Access to training certificates.
13. Full UK driving licence.
14. No working restrictions.
