Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and interactive one-to-one teaching sessions to Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students.
2. Plan and implement tailored lessons to meet the individual learning needs of each student.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
4. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student education.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 students.
* Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
* Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role.
Skills and Additional Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment.
* Effective classroom management skills.
* Postgraduate qualification in Education.
* Experience working with students with special educational needs.

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
