Relief Support Worker

Salary: £11.63 - £12.07 per hour, depending on qualifications (regular sleep-in duties required, paid at an additional £64.18 per night).

About The Role

As a Break Support Worker, you’ll work hands-on daily with young people in the children’s home. You’ll build relationships and trust, support them in overcoming trauma, and help them develop their identity, with guidance from colleagues and Break’s therapeutic services. Patience, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and resilience are essential.

To succeed, you should be a good team player and problem solver. You must complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare within 24 months, fully funded by Break, supported by our training team. A full, valid manual driving licence is required.

Additional Information
