We are seeking an experienced and passionate Café Barista to join our café team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' barista experience, be able to craft high-quality beverages, and provide excellent customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers. You will also be working alongside young people with learning disabilities, so patience, empathy, and a supportive approach are essential.
