An inspirational and passionate Manager, you will be an ambassador for Breitling and the Watches of Switzerland Group. Working alongside the General Manager, you will play a key role in guiding, motivating, and developing the team to deliver the exceptional experience our clients expect. You will have an entrepreneurial approach, an impressive record of business development, and exceptional people skills.

* A natural flair for guiding, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team
* A proven track record in retail management, ideally in a premium/luxury environment
* Commercially aware with an excellent understanding of Clienteling, networking, and events management
* People, sales, and client-focused, delivering exceptional customer service to all
