Sales Support Administrator


Location: Basildon, Essex


Salary: £27, - £29, per annum


Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid working - 2 days WFH)

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced, varied role and enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities



9. Preparing proposal documentation and obtaining valuations

10. Conducting various searches to ensure accuracy of information

11. Maintaining and updating the CRM system with customer data

12. Liaising with suppliers and the sales team for updates on proposals

13. Raising, checking, and processing documentation as required

14. Managing queries and communicating effectively with internal teams and customers

15. Activating agreements and authorising bank payments

16. Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time

17. Organising incoming mail and maintaining physical files



What We're Looking For



18. Strong administrative experience (ideally within a financial or professional services environment)

19. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

20. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

21. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

22. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

23. A proactive and team oriented approach
