Join Our Team – Where Creativity Meets Commercial Impact
We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Marine Ballycastle. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll shape how the hotel is positioned in the market, driving awareness, bookings, and revenue across rooms, food & beverage, and events.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and wider team to deliver impactful campaigns and elevate the hotel’s presence locally and beyond.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy aligned to business goals
* Identify and target key markets including leisure, weddings, and corporate
* Manage and optimise the hotel website, ensuring engaging and SEO‑led content
* Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing
* Create compelling content including copy, imagery, and video
* Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels
* Manage PR activity, media relationships, and influencer partnerships
* Support revenue and sales activity through promotions, packages, and campaigns
* Track performance, analyse results, and optimise ROI
* Promote hotel events, weddings, and local partnerships
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality
* Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, PPC, social media, email)
* Excellent communication and content creation skills
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
* Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and act on data
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
