About us
Marsh Medical Practice was established on 1st July 1996 andwe have a practice population of around 7000 patients.
We operate and dispense across two sites, North Somercotesand Manby.
We cover a large part of Coastal East Lincolnshire fromTetney, to South Thoresby and from Louth and its surrounding villages to thecoast.
Our goal is to deliver high quality healthcare which issafe, effective, caring and responsive to the needs of our patients byfollowing current best practice recommendations.
We pride ourselves in providing the best possible service inthe most suitable environment.
Job responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services
* Undertake face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations
* Manage acute and chronic conditions in line with best practice guidelines
* Conduct home visits where clinically appropriate
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records
* Participate in practice meetings, clinical governance, and quality improvement activities
* Support continuity of care and contribute to improving patient outcomes
