Job Overview East Barnet School requires Exam Invigilators to work on a casual basis, assisting with the supervision of public and internal exams throughout the year. Previous experience would be advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided. The next training session is scheduled for Wednesday 15th October 2025. Duties include supervising students taking examinations, preparing exam rooms, following stringent JCQ guidelines, distributing and collecting exam papers. The ideal candidates will be highly organised, vigilant and reliable, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Successful candidates will work as part of a pool of invigilators and will be supported by our Examinations Officer, Examinations Coordinator and Senior Exam Invigilator. We are interested in applicants who are available on weekdays (Monday-Friday) for morning and/or afternoon sessions. Our supportive and friendly Exams Team maintain high standards and consistently pass JCQ and Exam board inspections with 100% pass mark.
