What You’ll Be Doing
You'll be right at the heart of our Central Claims Contact Hub, becoming the first voice customers hear after a stressful event. Your mission? Make that first call smooth, supportive, and efficient.
Here’s what your day might include:
14. Taking incoming calls from customers reporting accidents or vehicle damage
15. Logging details accurately and quickly in our claims system
16. Answering queries and keeping customers informed at every step
17. Coordinating with insurers, repair teams, and other departments
18. Managing your workload efficiently while hitting team targets
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be a car expert—but you do need to care about people and love helping them. Experience in customer service is essential, and if you’ve worked in automotive or insurance, even better.
