Kepak Group is a leading food production company and we are looking for a Factory Cleaner to join our team at our Bodmin site. As an Industrial Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our manufacturing plant, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of food safety and quality.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday - 6:30am until production finishes, on £12.75 per hour.
Your own transport is required due to our location and the times of public transport links to Bodmin
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the cleanliness of the factory including floors, walls, and ceilings to maintain a hygienic environment
* Empty garbage cans and recycling bins throughout the plant
* Clean and sanitize production equipment and all food contact surfaces
* Operate cleaning equipment such as power washers, scrubbers, and vacuums
* Follow all health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards
* Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
* Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
Requirements
Requirements:
* Prior experience in industrial cleaning or food production is preferred
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and HACCP
* Ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible availability to work different hours if needed
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment as require
