We’re currently recruiting in our Manchester City (Piccadilly) Premier Inn. Working 38 hours per week, paying up to £13.36 per hour. This is a permanent position.
What You’ll Do
Join our team at Manchester City (Piccadilly) Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
Requirements / Qualifications
 * Experience in leading people in retail or other roles with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
 * Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and inspire others.
 * Strong communication and organisational skills.
 * Willingness to work 38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Contract and Hours
 * Contract Type: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts.
 * Hours: 38 hours a week across 5 days – evenings and weekends included.
