We are seeking two dedicated Boxing Room Operatives to join our team in Cramlington. This role is vital for ensuring our finished products are accurately packed, labelled, and prepared for shipment to the highest quality standards. The Role As a Boxing Room Operative, you will be responsible for the final stages of our production process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Packing & Labelling: Accurately pack finished products into cartons or containers following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Quality Control: Verify product counts, batch numbers, and labels; inspect materials for any defects or damage. Documentation: Maintain precise records of production data and any discrepancies Safety & Compliance: Adhere to GMP, OSHA, and EHS requirements while maintaining a clean, organised workspace. Logistics Support: Assist with pelleting and preparing shipments for transport. Schedule & Compensation Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour (£25,155 salary equivalent).
