Core purpose
Project Management
* Liaise with the project team as required.
* Assist with project documentation prior to project commencement.
* Maintain project briefs for undertaken projects.
* Verify weekly and monthly reports.
* Support other projects or cover for team members' absence.
* Assist with the management of Atlas and personnel certification files.
Personnel Management
* Conduct weekly catch-up calls.
* Sourcing manpower, IT systems, PPE, and clothing as needed.
* Update CVs and MC Rota.
* Maintain weekly reports and attend meetings.
* Support accounts with invoicing and handle travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Manage visas and permits for personnel.
Vessel Inspections
* Coordinate with Vessel Inspection Coordinator and manage vessel inspection logistics.
* Arrange inspections, send quotations, and raise POs for inspectors.
* Engage with clients, proof inspections, and upload documents.
* Recruit inspectors as needed and handle additional admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Assist other departments and perform admin tasks.
* Maintain computer literacy, including Excel and Word; knowledge of standard contracts.
* Industry or offshore experience is desirable.
* Minimum 2 years in an administrative role.
* Demonstrate IT competency.
QHSE Responsibilities
Understand and comply with OEG's QHSE policies, promote safety, environmental sustainability, and quality culture.
Skills and Experiences
* Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, reliable, well-presented.
* Ability to handle difficult clients and focus on customer satisfaction.
* Marine or industry experience is desirable.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (Grade C/Level 2+).
* Full UK driver's license.
