Head of Test
Correla are looking for Head of Testing to join Managed Service Change.
Salary: circa £85k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role:
* Define and own the Managed Services test and quality strategy, embedding automation and continuous testing across the delivery lifecycle.
* Lead the Testing function, establishing governance, frameworks, and standards.
* Influence executive stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
* Champion automation in testing, selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
* Provide assurance through governance forums.
* Build and develop a high-performing testing and QA team, including test analysts and automation specialists.
* Monitor emerging trends in automation, test tooling, and DevOps, advising the organisation on opportunities for innovation.
* Partner with project managers to ensure testing is integrated early and provides continuous quality insights.
About You
* You will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation in automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and quality engineering practices.
* You will have proven leadership skills, able to build, inspire, and grow a diverse, high performing testing team.
* You will have deep expertise in multiple testing domains: functional, non-functional, performance, automation, security, and integration.
* You will have excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
* You will be skilled at embedding test strategy into large-scale programmes and operational environments.
* You will be a strong communicator, able to simplify quality metrics and automation outcomes for business and executive audiences.
* You will have a commercial awareness of test costs, tools licensing, and ROI of automation strategies.
