A fantastic vacancy has become available for a seasoned Legal Secretary to join a respected and approachable legal practice based in Eastbourne.Position Overview:This position presents a wonderful opportunity to collaborate closely with a Partner and two Associate Solicitors within a supportive and professional team.
* Delivering top-tier secretarial assistance, including audio typing and producing legal documents.
* Communicating with clients in a polite and professional fashion.
* Accurately setting up and archiving legal matters.
* Compiling court bundles and supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
* Answering incoming calls and performing a range of office-based tasks.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
* Prior experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a Private Client setting.
* Solid knowledge of legal jargon and case-handling processes.
* Outstanding interpersonal and organisational capabilities.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing own workload.
* High attention to detail and proficiency in audio dictation.
