Working as part of a team you will provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Head of Service. You will be required to deliver a high standard of customer care, in a pressurised environment, and must be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative. An SVQ Level 3 in Administrative/ Secretarial or equivalent qualification is essential or relevant experience may be considered an alternative. Literacy and numeracy skills and competency in Microsoft Office are essential. You will be able to follow procedures, work to deadlines and be a team player.
You will work 18.5 hours per week.
Working Pattern:
Week 1 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday full days.
Week 2 – Thursday and Friday full days.
