We are seeking an experienced Business Risk & Control Analyst to join the Central Benchmarks & Auctions First Line of Defense Risk Team of a leading investment bank in Belfast.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in enhancing governance, strengthening control frameworks, and supporting oversight of Customer Protection & Market Practices (CPaMP) across a global financial business.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance front office control frameworks within Central Benchmarks & Auctions
* Support governance reporting and prepare materials for senior committees and forums
* Contribute to control remediation initiatives and broader team projects
* Build effective working relationships across multiple business areas and control functions
* Drive improvements in risk governance, reporting, and control frameworks
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong background in risk and control (risk assessments, control design & testing, governance reporting)
* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Effective communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Highly professional, proactive, and accountable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
* Experience in regulated financial services environments desirable
