We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for our residents with diverse mental health conditions. Responsibilities
* Deliver safe and effective nursing care aligned with individual care plans
* Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments
* Monitor mental and physical health, administer medications, and support recovery-focused care
* Collaborate with the wider care team, families, GPs, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
* Promote independence, inclusion, and dignity at all times
* Ensure adherence to CQC standards, company policies, and best clinical practice
* Contribute to safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives within the home
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration as an RMN (essential)
* Experience working with older people, dementia, or complex mental health conditions is desirable
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient nature
