Responsibilities:
* Supporting teachers wherever necessary when conducting lessons, including helping to set up at the start of the day.
* Helping to ensure that the classroom is safe at all times and facilitates student development.
* Providing academic, behavioural and emotional support to students to aid their progress.
* Providing valuable feedback to teachers about student progress.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Hold or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check on the update service
* Previous experience working wit children with challenging behaviour
* A passion for working with young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
