About the Role:
Team ARU operates within the Estates & Facilities service at ARU and is responsible for providing Sport and Physical Activity for Students, Staff, and members of the local community. We manage on-campus Sports Facilities, including Mildmay Sports Centre on our Chelmsford Campus. Based at Mildmay Sports Centre, you will be a key customer-facing team member who will contribute to the smooth running and operation of the Sports Centre and related facilities.
Requirements include a range of GCSEs at C grades or an equivalent vocational qualification at NVQ level 2. Demonstrable experience working in a customer-focused environment is essential. A passion for Sport, Health, and Fitness, along with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently, are important. Familiarity with computers and basic software applications is required. Previous experience in a sporting environment, either paid or voluntary, is desirable.
