Support Worker Role at M&D Care, Gelynnen, Pencader
We are seeking Support Workers to join our Residential service, Gelynnen, in Pencader. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the lives of vulnerable adults and their families.

Responsibilities
1. Provide emotional and practical care to vulnerable adults, enhancing their daily lives.
2. Deliver quality, person-centered care in accordance with individual care plans.
3. Work on a rota basis, including early starts, late finishes, night shifts, and weekends.
4. Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, etc.
5. Facilitate activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
6. Commit to high standards of care for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
7. Work independently when necessary, ensuring safety and health of those supported.
8. Adhere to regulatory requirements set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
9. Applicants must be over 18 years old.

Additional Information
* Contracted hours vary from 22.5 to 45 hours, including weekends and night shifts on a rota basis.
* Opportunity to undertake a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care after probation, fully supported.
* No prior experience required; full training provided.
