Person Specification
Essential Experience & Qualifications
* Approximately 4-5 years' professional experience, ideally in consulting, HR, talent, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in project management and delivering work to deadlines.
* Strong academic background (degree level or equivalent).

* Detail orientation: Highly organized with the ability to manage complex project schedules and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
* Structured thinking: Able to connect multiple workstreams and bring clarity to ambiguity.
