Associate Product Manager - MedTech
Location: Hybrid – Worcester or Bromsgrove (minimum 2 days on site)
38.5 hours per week.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and support the management part of Kimal’s medical device portfolio. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with product-related experience who is eager to take the next step in their career and develop within a regulated, innovative, and values-driven organisation.
What you’ll be doing
* Assisting in the management of Kimal’s product portfolio across the full lifecycle.
* Supporting portfolio strategy, product launches, and re-launch processes.
* Coordinating change management for products, components, and stock.
* Building relationships with suppliers, clinicians, and internal teams.
* Providing support to RA/QA colleagues with regulatory and technical documentation.
* Helping to deliver product training for internal, external, and commercial teams.
* Analysing product data to support business cases and decision-making.
What we’re looking for
* Degree level qualification in a Business-related field or relevant STEM subject (or equivalent professional qualification, e.g. CIM in Product Management).
* Around 2–3 years’ experience in a product-related role (e.g. product management, marketing, or medical product account management).
* An understanding of Medical Device Regulations (MDR) would be an advantage.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, initiative-taking, and eager to learn with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Flexibility to occasionally travel and stay overnight for business needs.
