About this Role As a Customer Service Apprentice within Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions, you will play a vital part in keeping our service operations running smoothly while building a long term career in customer service and asset rental. This customer service apprentice role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and learning how a busy service environment works. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, handling queries professionally and promptly. Supporting the servicing department with administration relating to assets, breakdowns, and modification requests. Accurately recording information on internal systems to support service delivery and reporting. Working closely with service controllers, engineers, and customers to coordinate repairs and small refurbishment projects. Monitoring systems and highlighting anything that needs attention to the Service Manager. About You You do not need to have done this role before, what matters most is your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn. We are particularly keen to hear from people starting out, changing direction, or returning to work, even if you do not tick every box yet. Friendly and confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and colleagues. Organised with good attention to detail and a pride in doing things properly. Comfortable using basic computer systems and keen to develop your digital skills. Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback and development. A proactive mindset, you spot problems early and are not afraid to ask questions.
