As a Nurse in this facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in our community. This home holds 18 Beds and facilitates Learning Disability and physical disability.

The Role
* Motivating patients to help restore and improve their health and self-esteem
* Providing medication to patients and providing pre- and post-operation care
* Providing psychological and physical support to parents, family members and friends
* Identifying patient care requirements
* Assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to therapeutic standards
* Ensuring that patients and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine storage and administration procedures and substance control regulations
* Evaluating patients who complain of specific aliments
* Examining and authenticating vaccination records
What we’re looking for
* You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse
* 6+ months of Nurse experience
* A Valid NMC Pin
