As a warehouse operative, your responsibilities include:
* Working in various departments, mainly Inbound and Outbound.
* Handling goods including age-restricted products, food, alcohol, and chemicals.
* Receiving and storing goods efficiently using radio frequency scanners.
* Accurately packing and shipping customer orders.
* Picking products, possibly on multi-level mezzanines or using High Level Pickers.
* Reading instructions from scanners accurately.
* Completing tasks using high-level platforms.
* Achieving departmental targets.
Physical demands include:
* Standing/walking for 8-12 hours per shift.
* Lifting/moving products up to 23kg.
* Bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, stretching.
* Pushing/pulling products up to 23kg.
* Manual dexterity with hands and wrists.
* Working at heights of 9-12 meters on mezzanines.
* Climbing and descending stairs safely.
