About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs (including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or complex needs)
* Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and school leadership teams
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual EHCP targets
* Build trusting relationships with pupils to support their social, emotional, and academic development

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working within an SEN setting (desirable but not essential)
* Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
* A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
* A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning

* Salary to scale: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (depending on experience and responsibilities)
