Sales Representative
Northern Ireland
Vickerstock are currently working alongside a leading provider of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to the food, retail, manufacturing and e-commerce sectors, to appoint a driven Sales Representative to help accelerate growth and deepen customer relationships within the business.
Your new role as a Sales Representative;
1. Proactively identify and win new business through prospecting, networking, and customer meetings
2. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to maximise retention
3. Present the product range and tailor value-added, sustainable solutions to customer needs
4. Own the full sales cycle: qualification, quotations, samples, pricing, negotiation and close
5. Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline; produce weekly/monthly sales forecasts and activity reports
6. Collaborate with Customer Service, Design, Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activity; feed insights into product and pricing strategy
8. Uphold CRM hygiene and follow agreed sales processes and KPIs
What you will need to succeed;
9. Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets (packaging/manufacturing/FMCG advantageous)
10. Strong business development capability and confident closer, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
11. The ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships at multiple levels
12. Highly organised, self-motivated and resilient; comfortable managing a busy diary and territory
13. Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; strong written and verbal communication skills
14. Full, clean driving licence (role involves customer site visits)
