Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: (Static Site) Chapelhall, North Lanarkshire

We’re now looking for a motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to take ownership of the maintenance and servicing of all hard services assets at a static site in the Chapelhall area. You’ll be part of the on-site maintenance team and supported by our wider mobile engineering team.
Although this role is located ata static site, a company van is provided for collecting materials when needed.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out servicing, reactive maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance across Electrical, Gas Heating, and Air Conditioning systems
* Ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with current regulations
* Building great relationships with clients and colleagues on site
* Supporting with quotations for repairs and additional works
* Keeping up to date with industry standards and best practices.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a facilities service environment with electrical qualifications
* A proactive approach with the ability to handle manual tasks (manual handling, working at height, confined spaced)
* A Full UK driving licence.
* Someone self-motivated, solutions- focused, and team player with strong communication skills.
