Your new roleAs National Commercial Director, you will:
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional sales professionals across the UK.
* Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with ambitious growth targets.
* Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
* Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and foster a culture of high performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally as a National Sales Manager or Commercial Director.
* A background in electrical heating or a related industry is highly desirable.
* Strong track record of delivering sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.
* Willingness to travel across the UK.
* Full UK driving licence.
