Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) part‑time or full‑time.
Responsibilities
* Provide Quality Care – Support residents with personal care, hygiene, mealtimes, and emotional well‑being to ensure they feel comfortable and valued.
* Monitor and Report – Carry out regular checks, record residents’ health and behaviour, and promptly share any concerns with the nursing team.
* Support and Safety – Work closely with colleagues to keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming, and respond quickly to call bells or emergencies.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills
* Previous HCA experience is an advantage, but not essential
* A team player with a caring nature
* DBS check (we’ll arrange this)
This role is only open to candidates currently living in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
Transportation Assistance Available
For candidates who are unable to drive, we offer a complimentary pick‑up and drop‑off service from Ringwood Bus Station. This can be arranged for interviews and ongoing employment. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this service so arrangements can be made.
