About this Role
We are seeking a passionate and committed Lead Teacher of Maths to join our team and take a key role in shaping the delivery of mathematics across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or aspiring leader to make a significant impact on pupil outcomes and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated maths curriculum for pupils.
* Support the development and improvement of teaching and learning within the maths department.
* Monitor and support the overall progress and development of pupils, both as a subject teacher and form tutor.
* Facilitate and encourage a learning experience that enables pupils to achieve the highest standards.
* Share and support the Trust's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for pupils' academic and personal growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Be a qualified teacher with a strong background in mathematics education.
* Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to raising achievement.
* Have experience in curriculum planning and delivery, with the ability to lead and inspire others.
* Be confident in using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions.
* Be committed to the wider life of the school and the development of pupils beyond the classroom.
