Jemca Car Group is seeking a Business Fleet Manager to oversee our significant Toyota fleet book, based at Toyota Edgware. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for managing key accounts, expanding our B2B portfolio, and ensuring the ongoing success of one of the UK’s largest Toyota fleet operations. What You’ll Do: Manage and grow relationships with key fleet clients and corporate customers Liaise effectively with clients and Toyota GB, providing timely updates and solutions Create purchase orders, coordinate internal resources, and oversee smooth handovers and deliveries Identify new B2B opportunities and drive growth within our large existing fleet customer base Lead a dedicated team, including a Fleet Sales Executive and an Administrator Ensure accurate system use and reporting to meet operational and compliance standards Deliver unit targets across the North of London Achieve quarterly targets based on direct profit, unit volume, and Toyota GB fleet standards What We’re Looking For: Proven managerial experience in fleet sales (cars, vans, or HGVs) within the automotive industry Experience managing corporate accounts, with the ability to bring or develop key client relationships Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with fleet processes, compliance, and vehicle funding options Commercial awareness and confidence in forecasting, reporting, and profit management Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment Strong IT and digital system proficiency (including Microsoft Office) A full UK driving licence is required Why Join Jemca?
