Business Manager – Pharmacy Scotland
Cambrian Alliance have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Business Manager covering Scotland.

As a Business Manager at Cambrian Alliance, you will have the opportunity to work for the largest independent buying group in the UK in helping over 1,000 Independent pharmacies achieve their business goals through the use of our market-leading buying platform e-CASS.

This is a permanent, field-based role covering Scotland.

Act as a custodian for the customer with the ability to build and maintain robust long-term business relationships built on trust.
Deliver high quality sales and customer relationship management activities through collaboration and coordination with the Directors, Head of Sales, Account Services, Marketing, IT, Finance and external third-party partners.
Understand the customer, their business, and their needs enabling the accurate anticipation of future customer needs and the delivery of appropriate solutions.
Support customers to make ongoing improvements in their business, by utilising and championing the use of the tools available via e-CASS.
Work in consultation with customers to support the protection of their business by maximizing purchasing margin.
To attend regional training events/exhibitions, which include potential evening events and overnight stays.
Apply judgment, planning and discretion to manage, grow and recruit new customers whilst maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
Work with the Head of Sales to deliver performance improvements identified in accompanied sales visits.
Timely execution of all journey plans, and administrative tasks and full utilisation of business and CRM tools.
Report to the business those areas of concerns/new ideas identified by you whilst in call or as discussed with customers. Good knowledge of the commercial and supply chain drivers of the pharmaceutical market and the ability to translate these into customer-specific proposals and propositions.
Strong sales, communication, and planning/prioritisation skills.
Sound commercial judgment, influencing and negotiation skills.
IT literate across Microsoft office / PMR / CRM systems.
